A short, optional pre-consultation form is available, and any recent test results or a brief summary from your GP are helpful. Dr Spiliotis may ask for your GP's details or further records before starting some treatments.

If you are claiming on private medical insurance, your insurer may ask for a referral letter from your GP and will usually require a pre-authorisation code before your appointment. Recognised insurers are listed on the Fees page.
